direct axis loan paid off.
i took out a loan at Direct axis and Nedbank paid them fully, i have been saying can they remove me from the list of people who did not pay but i am still there and my account is deducted every month, i called 6 times and none can help me to take my name off, i have a settlement letter i send it via email but even now none can take me off their list.

Kindly note that i made a complaints and still none came back to me and i have not received a call or any communication whatsoever from Directaxis, can someone call me or give me an email address of the manager so i can talk, my record is not closed even today , i am disappointed and very angry client.
