Direct Axis is the worst services provider, they could careless about consumer rights. I wish someone had warned me
I had a personal loan with Direct Axis, which due to unemployment for some time I was unable to pay. I finally started paying towards that account, as per the settlement offer with SCS Solutions. I phone everyday for them to update my credit bureau information and nothing has happened. I speak to their debt collecting agency, SCS and they say the delay is with Direct Axis. I then receive a letter from another debt collecting agency Shackleton Credit Management which claims that I owe them an amount exceeding what is currently the balance on my account and that I should set up an arrangement with them.
What is going on here? This is truly unfair
