Direct Axis is robbing their Clients
This Institution is robbing their Clients by taking taking more you owe them as last instalment is round to a full one.
i just finished my 48 months loan with Direct Axis Jan 2022, my last month, they took full instalment while by balance was about R300 less than the monthly instalment. i sked for refund, they refused to refund the surplus they took from me.. I called and asked even for a Paid up letter but i never got
