Direct Axis is paying out loans without proof of employment and lying to customers!!!!

I called directaxis on Saturday 11 May to take out a loan. I was told i qualify but the loan would not be paid into my account without me submitting 3 months payslips. On Monday 13 May i went to ask my boss for payslips, who then said the company could give me the loan instead. when i checked my account Direct Axis had paid the money into my account already WITHOUT payslips even though i was told numerous times that the money would not be paid without them. I called them to cancel the loan, i was told to pay the money into their account with my ID as reference, this wouldnt work as the account had apparently not appeared on their system yet. I called back the next day and was told a team leader (Fasiegha) would call me back, s/he never called, so I called AGAIN, spoke to team leader Wendy, who went to listen to the call but came back to say as much as that was said to me, because im FNB and they are too, they can make payment based on that i agreed that they could REVIEW that all information given by me matches whats on the system. So now i am liable to pay the initiation fee which is almost 15% of the loan amount. I told her i dont understand why im paying this fee because the agreement was that i would only get the funds AFTER handing in payslips, which to date i have not yet done. She then said a manager called Chantal would call me, this was on Thursday 16 May, today is 20th May and no one has called. So the consultant was lying when he said they will only pay after i submit payslips? How are they paying out loans without proof of employment?
