Direct Axis is making it virtually impossible to finalise my loan application due to proof of residence

Direct Axis is making it virtually impossible to finalise my loan application due to proof of residence. I sent bank statements which weren't accepted, then I sent my lease agreement to be told it is outdated, I have now sent a letter from my landlord as proof of residence as well as his utility bill and this paperwork has now been rejected and I have been told they will email me their standard affidavit to complete which I have yet to receive. No one calls backs or responds to emails
