DIRECT AXIS IS A **** AND MONEY MAKING SCHEME THAT KEEP DEBITING MONEY EVEN AFTER FULL SETTLEMENT

Requested Settlement amount from the above company and given. Paid more than Settlement amount and provided them with proof of payment but they are failing to close the account and refund my money.

1 July 2021 they continued to deduct from my bank account about R3319. This is unfair. They are failing to contact me or communicate with me regarding this matter. l demand that they stop deducting any more money from my account. Demand refunds including this money they deducted on 1 July 2021.

This is unacceptable that after having paid them in full their consultants are ***** whenever l call them and take me from pillar to post.

Please treat this matter as urgent.

You leave me no choice but to include my lawyer because this is not acceptable.
