Direct axis is nonsense... After settlement of my account I still got debited and no refund still.... Never take a loan from Direct axis.

Thank you for your settlement payment, when requesting to have your account settled, a settlement amount is calculated instructing the account to prepare for closure. The closure process takes up to 10 business days for the account to be closed and a paid-up letter is then drafted and sent to you.
If you have not requested the settlement quotation this process will have to be logged manually and can take up more time. Nedbank is not affiliated with DirectAxis and would still need to contact us to request the settlement quotation. Creditors make use of viewing your balance on your credit profile which is not always accurate.
