Direct Axis is a complete f...-up

Direct Axis has to be the worst organisation ever in the knowledge of banking / personal loans that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The list of irritations goes from stopping debit order runs on their side to not debiting correctly to trying to speak to someone in authority that can give a settlement... this has been on-going for more than 18 months.... yet, they have the audacity to list me with ITC for non-payment.... calls to senior managers / MD go unanswered. promised to provide settlements, never happen...
