DirectAxis is a ****,

I have been removed on debt review and a court order was sent by my lawyer and myself but they are refusing to remove me and this is affecting my credit record. I have called so many times with no assistance and when i do they refuse to remove me on debt review on their system. I have paid the arrears but my account is still in arrears. Whats funny is they have recalculated my interest rate as i have "Legally been removed on debt review" yet they wont remove me on their side. I regret the day i have taken a personal loan from DirectAxis.
