Direct Axis Impossible to Deal With Yet Again!

Please note I am trying to settle my loan account and the bank name and account details provided on my settlement letter do not allow to process the payment - it requests for me to find a listed beneficiary but there is nothing under Direct Axis - what other name am I supposed to search for?
