Direct Axis ignoring Rehabilitation Order from High Court

I was sequestrated and subsequently rehabilitated by the High Court. All docs were sent to Direct Axis by my attorney, and RESENT by myself. They are first of all just not acknowledging receipt on email AT ALL, and secondly not adjusting anything on their side despite receiving the order. The FB messaging person just keeps on saying it has been escalated. It is traumatic ENOUGH to have to go through the process, and then you cannot get your life back on track, because they are just delaying everything which seems to be out of spite. Next step for me will be the Ombudsman.
