DIRECT AXIS HOUNDING CUSTOMERS ALTHOUGH YOU SPEAK TO THEM

I have been on maternity leave and ffell behind on my loan repayments ever since then i have been hounded each and everyday by direct axis employees i tell them the same thing that i will be making payment on the 27th of January since i am now back at work this does not help i get about 5 calls each and everyday what else do i say ? if it's not a person it's a machine msg telling me that my account is over due . so i answer the calls tell them and still i receive more and more calls from the collections dept. is it not put onto the system ? what happens because this is not on yes i didn't payment however i answered your calls and sent emails yet i am still being hounded .
