Direct Axis hiding behind legal loop holes

I have had loans with Direct Axis for years and always payed for insurance cover. I renewed my loan and 2 months later was retrenched. I tried to apply for retrenchment cover and they said they have a 90 policy. So now not only do I not get the benefits of the cover I payed for. I still have to pay for it even though I can't use it. How is this fair you are not pre - warned you are going to get retrenched after 13 yrs. Spoke to them for 40 min they blamed the insurance company and the insurance blamed them. Does anyone know what else I can do?
