Direct axis has gone down the drain
Direct axis just sends a sms saying they will take your debit order earlier due to earlier salary payment, eeven though my salary is not payed in earlier in december.
Tried phoning their call centre at ***, they put you through to every other department and eventually they drop your call.
One time i got through and the call centre agent gave me this number ***. I call them they put me through to the extention working with this types of query's after 50min no answer. This place has gone down the drain. They do not care for their clients.
I have a credit amount aswell but that money they wont pay back or take a debit order from it. I have logged email query's and NO ONE has ever phoned me back.
No service at this company!!!!
