Direct Axis gone AWOL!!!

Customer service department goes AWOL!!! I tried calling this pathetic company on numerous occasions and spoke to various consultants. All I need is a damn settlement letter... This **** is crazy!!! I last spoke to a Lavern Meyer in the collections department and requested my settlement letter of which she previously assisted me with one, but today that was not the case... They transferred me from pillar to post and what a great way to waste the clients airtime when their transfer lines NEVER seem to work as it automatically cuts the call. Now be it cash that you want to borrow be sure that someone will call you back, but hey don't try to settle this devil's loan because they don't seem to offer customer service here!!! What a complete joke to be working for a circus where all they do is transfer you to no return, their complaints department, forget them too. They the biggest joke the company has to offer. A complete waste of time, what a shame...
