Direct axis **********ly debited from my account
Direct axis keeps debuting my account for a paid up lo and and refuse to stop nor refund the over payments

The account can't possibly be closed if it's in credit and no refund was done.
Secondly, there was debit order that went through a few days ago and you say there's no further deductions.
Thirdly, your customer care department keeps on sending me sms and emails to contact them and when I do the agents don't seem to understand what is going on and they prefer to give me wrong details and put me on hold for long. The last hold was for a good 42 minutes and I ended up hanging up.
So please dear, go do thorough investigation before responding with lies.
