Direct Axis Financial Provider sucks!

Never do business with DirectAxis. Save yourself! They just send you a msg stating that they will be deducting middle of December month. The contact number they provide in their msg never answer. Automated voice leaving you just one option that is to receive their banking details to make a deposit. No option to agree to the earlier deduction. The date given by them will not allow the amount they will debit and therefore they ***** up MY CREDIT RECORD because of their incompetenceDitect Axis Personal Loans sucks! I am a client for many years without skipping any payments. Now they have changed their methods to harm us/me/the community with their one sided decision. I am surely going to report them to the Financial Board controlling Financial Service Providers. 😬
