Direct Axis doubled my debt without notifying me.

I had to go under debt review when my wife lost her job due to a disability. I was paying via Debt Counselling every month, and never received any statements from Direc Axis. When I attempted to enquire what my outstanding balance was I was informed that the account had been handed over to Capital Data. Nobody informed me of this decision and the worst was that now I suddenly owe Capital data more than double what I owed Direct Axis. All of this took place despite the Debt Review court order being in place. People please do not make a loan with Direct Axis.

Good day Direct Axis. Please note, I have just been given proof of payments since twenty fourteen to date and the account was paid faithfully every month by OneDebt, and it DID NOT go into arrears in March twenty fourteen as quoted telephonically by Cindy from Direct Axis. I have thus not been in default and thus the account should NEVER have been handed over while I was under debt review to accrue such huge interest. I demand immediate rectification by Direct axis, remove the account from Capital Data and remove all interest added on since Twenty Sixteen. And I want a public apology on this report and for you clear my name.
