Direct Axis does not want to pay my refund

Direct Axis is *****ing my money, it's now two months that they have deducted money after my account was paid off by Nedbank. I have called, sent emails. It is very difficult to get through . They asked me for proof of payment from Nedbank. I called Nedbank and they sent me the only proof they had which I emailed to Direct axis. When this company wants you as a Customer they are great but when you have paid up they do all that is in their power not to Refund you and they continue debiting your account. Bad company
