Direct axis does not care

On the 19th of August 2020, I paid off my loans. On the 20th, both debit oders went off. I called in the 21st of August to get the funds refunded and requested for paid up letters as well as closure letters. Today is the 09/09/2020, nothing has been refunded to me, no closure letter has bee provided to me and no paid up letter has bee given to me. I am very dissapointed with your call centre, they send me from pillar to post but only care about being rated for service. Nothing is stopping me from reversing the debit order from the bank but I hate that practise. On your side, you must be quick to refund what due to me because you were very quick to payout the loan to me and tiu were very quick to debit my account. Now that I am closing it, its a hassle. I am unhappy and very dissatisfied with your service at this point. I tried to be petiant but till when. My next debit order order is close by but I have not received the previous month' refund. Your finance department must act, and act fast. Its lockdown, every single cent makes a difference. You are not the only debt I need to pay, I also have family to take care of
