Direct Axis - Did not pay out full loan borrowed

Extremely disappointed and unhappy with service given by Direct Axis. I app**** for another loan in order to pay for urgent unforeseen matters. They advised loan is approved and I accepted the debit order request. Next day I followed up and they stated that funds will be transferred. To my surprise I did not receive the full amount, but a subtracted amount due to my previous loan. They never clearly stated that this will be the case. I will now pay double but never got the chance to actually use the extra full amount borrowed. How can you pay off a previous loan amount with never receiving the full amount to actually be used? There can be a higher debit order or 2 debit orders, and still give me my full extra amount borrowed. If I knew that the amount wil be used to pay off another amount and that I will receive only the difference, I would have not app**** for a loan in the first place. It is **************** to pay off a loan for an amount you never even received in full and could actually use for what you needed it for!

I now have to apply for yet another loan in order to have the money needed. I asked them to correct it, but now they can’t do anything. I am now paying off money which I never received in full. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never recommend DirectAxis. They blindly ****** me during a global pandemic. I thought I was applying for an additional loan which I was approved for, and they used that money to pay off my other loan and only give me the remainder. I needed the extra money. Now I have to pay of a huge amount off and I actually only received 10% of it to physically use.
