Direct Axis debit order date change
Direct Axis debited my account early (22 Dec) when my debit order date is the 1st of the month. What right do they have to change my d/o date? I have funds available, but it has seriously dented my available balance. I do not get paid earlier in Dec - only paid at month end. This is unacceptable!

22 Dec 2023, 08:44I doubt you are sorry for the inconvenience caused - because EVERYONE has the same complaint. So this was not an error, but pre-planned. What is the Customer Relationship Management team going to do? Hopefully reverse the d/o and then put it through when it is supposed to go through, on the 1st of the month!
