Direct Axis

I have a loan with Direct Axis since 2022 which I have been paying until February this year. After they stopped debiting i attempted to cal them but with no luck. I wanted to find out why they no longer debit. Now I have been harassed by debt collectors and law firms threatening legal actions. I have incurred interests for something I’m not responsible for. I am still committed to pay the loan but they can’t make me pay interests when it’s their fault I never cancelled the debit order mandate. Worse of all they are in some form of partnership with my bank FNB I’m still awaiting response of the formal complaint I put through regarding this issue instead I get harassed by these debt collectors and law firms despite telling them what is the real issue
