Direct axis, covid 19, FNB mess
So finally after a month of fighting the reversed the debit order as I had app**** for the covid 19 assist. Now they send me a statement showing that my account is in arrears by the installment amount. I seriously give up, FNB is supposed to pay the installments for May, June and July.
So why is the account in arrears? Will they take a debit order again month end? Will I have to wait a month for a refund? Will they try to take double? What the hell??????? I have daily expenses to see to, I have children I cannot sit and wonder Bianka du Plessis Cell *** Email ***

What does one need to do to get a decent response and explanation.
Please go look at how many emails I have sent and how many tines I phoned.
This us seriously pathetic they cannot help me, cannot put me through to a supervisor or give me an email address nobody at Direct Axis has a clue what's going on.
