DIRECT AXIS CONTACT CENTRE FOR SETTLEMENTS IS A NIGHTMARE
After a very frustrating experience, I received my settlement statements and the reference numbers on the statements for Direct Axis and Wesbank accounts are not accepted when I load the beneficiaries on my Standard Bank Profile and I have been phoning the call center again 4 times and nobody answers the call when you hold on for a consultant. I am really feeling very frustrated with your Contact Center as it is an absolute nightmare trying to get hold of anyone to assist. Please furnish me with the reference numbers to use when paying from Standard Bank in order for me to settle the accounts.
