Direct Axis collection lawyers trying to collect on paid up accounts

I had a loan that was collected on years ago and paid up. I have paid up letter emails were Direct Axis confirmed account paid up and updated my credit status to reflect account as closed. Now every couple of months some dubious lawyers from Natal phone me trying to get me to acknowledge this account and start collecting it when it is paid up I have emailed the paid up information and then they go quiet and then today I receive a phone call about owing Direct Axis. What ***** behavior is this? I don't owe you people money so whoever you sold incorrect information to please give them correct information and sort this out.

Not happy with the reply as a paid up account has been sold for collection an account that has a paid up letter and that Direct Axis updated at the credit bureaus as paid up and closed so HOW Does It Get Sold? Then I get harressed every couple of months and no matter how many times I send through the paid up letters they still attempt to collect on it. So which one of you are being shady the lawyers or Direct Axis or both?

I am going to keep harrassing Direct Axis until you contact Shekel tons and have them mark my account as paid up and close the file and stop harrassing me? Anyone else who has had this problem join in on in commenting
