Direct Axis Collection Department

I have been calling this company since the 11 March 2021 . Yester afternoon I finally speak to one of the consultant . She tells me I cannot make a payment arrangement .She stated ,I must call them the morning when my account is debited . Or if the debit order is returned they will contact me . I am trying to explain that I want to make arrangements before they debit the account .She just said it cant be done .
