Direct Axis carelessness

I have a complain about Direct Axis ,i had personal loans with them and they were paidup 2014 and the other one 2016.Direct axis issued the paidup letters but they did not care to update it with FNB,at FNB the account appear as outstanding and now when i call them they are taking me back and forth FNB asked me to to request them to remove them on their main system Direct Axis do not have time for that instead they are telling me that i should sort it out with FNB but i took the accounts with them not FNB really this is poor service from Direct Axisam stucked now i cant even get a home loan because of their account,they got their money now i must struggled to remove their account on my profile at FNB.
