DIRECT AXIS CANT SEND ME A SETTLEMENT LETTER
I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE DIRECT AXIS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS EVEN SENDING E-MAILS JUST REQUESTING A SETTLEMENT LETTER BUT THEY KEEP ON SAYING ITS COMING BUT TILL NOW NOTHING.<br> I EVEN DOUBLE CHECKED THE SPELLING AND EVERYTHING IS CORRECT.
