Direct Axis & Barrett&Ass beyond frustrating

My husband was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. He has been in prison since August 2023 as per documentation sent to Direct Axis on numerous occasions and as per telephonic conversations I've had with them. I keep on getting e-mails from *** stating that no arrangements have been made to pay this account. I have rep**** to their mails / sent separate mails etc but it is a lost cause. I have done so on numerous occasions. They simply just ignore you. I don't even know how many times I have sent the documentation through. HE IS IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems that Direct Axis and Barrett&Ass deliberately choose to ignore this simple fact just like they choose to ignore e-mails and documentation sent to them but then claim that they are being ignored or they are not able to reach you. Your claim that you haven't been able to reach him is false and misleading. I am going to spell it out again: HE IS NOT IGNORING YOU. HE IS IN JAIL. HE IS NOT ABLE TO WORK / E-MAIL / GET PHONE CALLS. It is really not that difficult to understand. Please give your debt collectors all the information before you send them to harass someone. He is in jail. He is not able to communicate with anyone. He is not able to earn an income. He is not allowed to have phones. Do you not get what it means to be in jail. I have done and said everything possible. There is nothing left to say. He is in jail. End of it. And please tell your debt collectors (Barrett&Ass) to stop harassing me.
