Direct Axis Banking Ombud Ref***
I have requested Wesbank and Direct Axis to remove my numbers from their marketing and not send me sms's marketing their products.
They have confirmed twice that they have removed my number however on the 16th March I received an SMS offering me a loan.
This is annoying and frustrating to address the same issue every year.
