Direct axis asking for is numbers when calling the client its rude

Having a loan with direct axis I made an arrangement with them they agreed to half my payments for some few months until I hget up to my feet, the problem I'm having with the company they called me when I picked up the phone they always ask me to give them my ID number which to me is bit unprofessional and being rude because giving your information like that on the phone to someone claiming is from direct axis is not safe in this country, I thought they will tell you your details so you confirm because they have the information with them why asking it from clients over the phone or they communicate through other reliable means with their clients not asking is numbers undress contact details over the phone and if you refuse to give such information over the phone those woman become very rude soon I will be done with your loan and I will spread the msg how your employees treat the clients that they rely to get their salaries
