Direct Axis are ******s
I took a Personal loan with Direct Axis in February 2020, last week i requested a settlement amount to my surprice This is day light ******* The loan amount was R50 000.00 Settlement balance R49409,95 Balanc went down only R590.05 Monthly instalment was R1706.40 First Instalment 20/03/2020 till 20/09/2020 Total paid R11944.80 How is this possible and they say they dont have penalties for early settlement I regret taking this loan and I'm going to tell everyone on every social media i can think off Also going to report this to NCR/NCA /OMBUDSMAN
