DIRECT AXIS ARE PATHETIC AND USELESS AND A ****

my father had a loan account with them and was unfortunately retrenched and also had surgeory on his neck not long after which declaired him disabled and unable to work which means all he gets is a small sassa amount every month i have tried numerous times unsuccesfully to get direct access to help with my fathers account to tell me whether it has insurance for if something like this happens in the mean time they have handed my fathers account over to Norman Bisset and Associates they are pathetic and have no idea what they are doing or how to help their clients. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
