Direct Axis are Dishonest and *******

I have paid up my account 2 months ago. There is an excess amount still outstanding that needs to be paid over to PDA so it can be paid over to another beneficiary. I have sent through the bank details requested to transfer funds and resent and followed up but to no avail. This is unacceptable by direct axis as i have made numerous calls and emails with no response. You try calling and they tell you they cannot take your call- so what type of customer service is this. I can never get through to an agent for the passed 5 years. Your employees are getting paid to do nothing.
