Direct axis are ****** and *******
I'm not happy with directaxis, I app**** for an additional loan of R30000 online ,instead they settled the first loan and deposited the small remainder in my account. When I told them that I didn't want to settle the old loan, they are telling me it cannot be reversed and when I tell them to cancel the loan and I send them the money back they sent to my account, they are refusing. Now I'm stuck with a useless loan that is not assisting me at all

This is because we can only provide you with 1 (one) personal loan at any stage. 07 Feb 2022, 15:10I didn't want to settle the first loan, I wanted a second loan, so it means that you didn't approve me to have a second loan so I also don't want to settle the first one, can this transaction be reversed and revert back go my old loan, as this one is not assisting me at all. I can go and get a loan somewhere else.
