DIRECT AXIS ARE ******!
I am not in agreement with your statement. I have settled my account in full. Please provide me with a paid up letter not a statement.
I received the settlement quotation letter on 23 June 2020, I made a payment on the same day according to your letter received. “The settlement quotation on your DIRECT AXIS personal loan is R 3,284.45.The quoted amount is binding for 5 business days*. Please remember to obtain a new settlement quote after expiry of the 5 business days by contacting our offices on ***.” It was paid on the same day. And now i receive a statement Instalment Due Date : 2020/07/25 Instalment Due Amount : R 397.07 Fix it...Fix it....I DO NOT OWE DIRECT AXIS ANY AMOUNTS. INSTEAD YOU OWE ME R397.07 monies debited from my account on 23 June 2020,
