Direct Axis and Sigma SA

Good day I'm writing with regards account t number Fwd: *** direct axis account that was handed over to Sigma attorneys which I have been battling to get correct balances on the account as they would inflate interest every month regardless of me meeting my monthly repayment obligations . I wrote to hello peter in October about the issue in which eventually a settlement was given to me which I paid on the 9 November settling the balance . It's been two weeks now the money paid to Sigma SA fnb account was never allocated to Direct Axis account, thus my account remains open and accruing interest in Wesbank side . I called direct axis many times and no one is willing to assist with closing the account and giving me paid up letter on the account . Direct axis and Sigma SA has been a nightmare to deal with and the customer service received is very pathetic. They are just there to reap people off and accrue unneccessary interest on the account . How will one become debt free if the loans system is all about getting interest even if it means they robbing their customers. Very disappointed on how Direct Axis and Sigma SA in particular handle their customers. I will never ever do business with them in the future .
