Direct Axis and Sanlam personal loans should be classified as LOAN SHARKS

WARNING - Do not pre-pay ahead for any loans you have with direct axis or sanlam personal loans, They are loan sharks and if you decide to pre-pay and you have a credit sitting on your account and you stop paying your debit order until your credit runs out, they will BLACKLIST YOU even though you are in credit and still demand you pay them even though your statement clearly shows your account is in credit. Further to this the pre-payment will not be considered as payment of your installments and you will be refused a new loan EVEN WITH CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED LOAN SHARKS AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS AS THEY HAVE *********** STAFF WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT CREDITS AND DEBITS AND CAN NOT SEE OUTSIDE THE BOX. Besides this fact they will first allocate your money to their interest which is against the credit act provisions as credit act states interest may not be charged until it is due, you will have very little going off your capital balance. As a regular customer i will never deal with either Direct Axis or Sanlam again as I believe them to be LOAN SHARKS. you can NOT pre- pay your loans for months in advance with these companies to save yourself the expence per month for a few months, which is completely against the credit act provisions of your right to credit and fair practise. Also be very careful when you do list them on sites like this they claim to have solved your problem to save their public image and then CLOSE YOUR COMPLAINT without sorting it out and without coming clean on what they doing. THEY ALSO HAVE NO MANAGEMENT THAT YOU CAN ESCALATE YOUR PROBLEM TOO AND THE SAME *********** PEOPLE WILL HANDLE YOUR COMPLAINT. Sanlam and Direct Axis is better left alone from my personal experience not once but twice now. They do not hold out give exceptional service and they dont care about individual situations in the interest of their customers, they purely have a red tape system that can not be amended to fit the situation before them OR its a case of *********** staff.
