Direct Axis and Sanlam not recommended
Direct Axis and Sanlam have the most incapable personel I am being harrased on a daily basis and vehicle finance was declined because of Direct Axis incapabality. I made EFT payment to my old loan account I was promised a refund which was wrongly paid in order to pay it on my new loan account I have exactly 110 mails where this issue can't be sorted. Legal action will now be taken.

The issue is a refund which was due in 14 days 10 days ago. If this is not sorted today I will take this further because now it is getting a problem.
