Direct axis and pulse

I signed up this direct axis pulse . The report states is good. Doing better then 62% of payers..... offers loans. When I apply through direct axis . First the online application does not work. When i phone I'm still declined. So why is these systems still decline when everything is paid uptodate and double paid to gain credit scoring . The report seems to have some sort of back up of my history yet still no help. So it means the report is ither a false report which I'm paying for monthly also or the systems are messed up. Ither way. Again now scores will drop because of false reports and false offers from direct axis. It amazes me that when a person is need of help. None of the big service providers can help. But when everything is running smooth. Then there will be a hundred calls coming through of loan offers again with false information. "U can apply upto R250 000. No I want R120 000. Sorry sir you are declined ". There drops the scores again. Wait 3 months again after waiting 6 months previously from the previous declines. These systems and providers are totally pathetic .
