Direct Axis and Hollard

I took out a loan with Direct Axis and a policy with Hollard and had a 3 month waiting period before I can claim if I was retrenched. Well I thought you can claim after the 3 month waiting period or 3 month payments. My claim was declined because I was involuntry retrenched in the 3 month waiting period , so I have to get employed and retrenched again and then I can claim. So be careful to take a loan and policy from them because you have to make sure you get retrenched after the 3 months waiting period.
