Direct Axis
I had a loan with Direct Axis. Because of death in my family i had to apply for debt review in 2017. Direct Axis was not happy with payments received from debt counsillor and handed my account over to Sigma. I am retrenched now and requested settlement figures more than a month ago. They phoned me once to ask for an offer. I emailed it to them. I am still waiting. They do not call me and they ignoring my emails. I even sent them an email to say that they can write off my debt because they are not interested in my payment. Still no reply. If they do not contact me today, 3rd of December, I will not be able to settle and they will have to write debt off as I will no longer receive a salary and no payments will be made
I had enough of your poor service and empty promises. You can now write off my debt and confirm that it was done. Also advise Sigma that it was done. Receiving no calls, no emails at all... Must I go to my lawyer and then direct axis will have to pay the fees? Please advise.
