Direct Access with holding money due to me. Cell number ***

I settled my loan account with Direct Axis in August 2023. I have overpaid them and requested the company to refund as the amount was exceeding R800. After speaking to numerous consultants who referred my request to their manager, I did not get any response from any of their managers or consultants. This is my first attempt on Hello Peter to get the attention of the company. Ignoring my phone calls will not stop me from demanding the money due to me.
