Direct access approves loans but dont pay them out.

After applying for a loan, having all documents reviewed and assesed, going through and speaking to numerous people, 3 times, I have waisted so much airtime, they keep telling me my loan is approved, and that it will be paid out, even got a message stating my loan is approved, my loan is still not paid in!!!, direct access keeps telling me they will get back to me, but they dont, they keep putting me on hold when I phone. This is a week later and still nothing, I'm utterly dissapointed.
