Direcaxis Debit Order cancelation dep

In the last two weeks to make contact with Directaxis without sucsess after many phone calls and E mails to to their different dep to get my debit orders canceled i could get no assistance. The Cape Town Branch debit order cancelation dep lets you hang on the line till eternity without ansering. I need to cancel these debit orders as my employer will not paying any salary as of end of May 2020.
