DIRCETAXIS SEND SETTLEMENT LETTER
I have been trying to get a settlement letter for over 3 months now, and nobody seems to get back to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every I call their customer centre, I get put on hold for until the call hangs up.
Can someone please help me. I suspect I have paid more than I should've!!!!
