DiectAxis- they reallyare shocking

<p>I wrote a review about this dishonest business. some time ago. They responded that they wanted to resolve the matter and asked that I call them back which I did. The employee of this business that then dealt with me assured me that they would look into the matter. I heard nothing from them thereafter. Went onto Hellopeter again only to see that they responded by saying that they are glad that they could resolve the matter! What a terrible lie. They never assisted with anything. I honestly believe that this business should be reported to the relevant ombudsman. I have no doubt they are employing dishonest tactics. Would anyone else like to join in this action as they should be held responsible for their actions. As I am writing this I am holding on for a response to my complaint. i have been holding on for over 17 minutes now. Please spread the word about this company and help bring them to book. I respectfully ask that people put this matter on Facebook and spread the word as much as possible. The more complaints with the relevant authorities the more likely they will be brought to book. </p>
