Dial direct is so ***********.

i have an account with call direct and this month they decided to debit me twice. They are suppose to debit me on the 28 of every month but this month it was the 22 and 28. I queried the debit order for the 22 and i was told to send my bank statement which i did. I have been calling to follow up on my refund since last week and to date i am still waiting.Each time call i am told to wait 7 - 10 days and it makes one to wander as to when they start counting the 7 - 10 days because i sent the staff ages ago. This is ****ing me off as i don't have money lying around for direct axis and its an inconvenience because i could not pay one of my accounts as the money was meant for that.
