Despicable awful customer service

I have a loan with direct axis I have been trying to cancel life insurance, as they illiegaly pushed it on me without my permission, I emailed about 2 months ago they said they have to find the call, in the mean time I have suspended payments now Im being charged interest because nobody for the last * months have even tried to assist me. I have several proof of all communication. I'm willing to go to court to get such ******* companies closed down, their *****ing from us!
